Susana Pedraza

Susana Pedraza, EngD, PhD, is currently the Head of Process Development and Engineering at Meatable. Prior to this role, Susana held various positions in different companies such as Danone Nutricia Research and TU Delft, where Susana focused on biofuel production and process engineering. Susana also serves as a Board Member at Nederlandse Biotechnologie Vereniging, aiming to stimulate professional activities and corporate social responsibility within the biotechnology field. With a background in Biotechnology Engineering and Chemical Engineering, Susana brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their role in the biotechnology industry.
