Aviv Rom

Aviv Rom is currently the Head of Cell Culture Development at MeatAfora, responsible for driving the development and optimization of cell culture processes crucial for the production of cultured meat. With previous experience as a Team Lead at Aleph Farms and as a Research Scientist, Aviv has a strong background in molecular biology and genetics. Aviv holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, along with an MSc in Molecular Biology and a BSc in Biology and Psychology double major from Tel Aviv University.
