Nick Stenicka

Nick Stenicka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Victory Capital, gaining exposure to the mutual fund industry and maintaining relationships with clients. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Sales Manager at XplorIt Virtual Travel. From 2016 to 2017, they served as the Men's Assistant FIS Coach at Park City Ski and Snowboard Club, where they managed athlete development and handled logistics for training and races. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as an Alpine Ski Coach at Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation, focusing on athlete development and instilling a love for skiing. In 2020, they joined Jivaro Professional Headhunters as a Senior Recruiter, specializing in tech startups and emerging technologies. Nick developed best practices in talent acquisition, built a strong network, and provided full-time placements for a range of roles. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as a Talent Scout at Climate People, and currently, they are serving as a Sales Operations Coordinator at MeatEater, Inc.

Nick Stenicka attended St. Lawrence University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business. In February 2022, they also received certification in Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy.
