Stephanie Larson

Stephanie Larson, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Stephanie is currently working as the Sr Director Business HR at Meati since January 2023. Prior to this, Stephanie held various positions at Danone, including Director HR Transformation and Director of Human Resources for Supply Chain, Cycles & Procurement, and Quality & Food Safety from June 2017 to December 2022. Stephanie also worked as an HR Manager at The WhiteWave Foods Company from October 2014 to June 2017. Before that, Stephanie was an HR Manager at Gates Corporation, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as internal investigations, compliance management, and new hire orientation. Stephanie also managed a team of HR professionals during their tenure at Gates Corporation. Stephanie started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Pendum LLC in March 2009 and also held a similar role at Target from February 2008 to March 2009. Stephanie began their career as an Office Administrator at Timberline Timing Systems, where they managed the USA Triathlon Membership and assisted with customer service. Stephanie's work experience showcases their expertise in HR management, transformation, and business partnering.

Stephanie Larson, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration - Management, which they earned from Colorado State University in 2000-2004. Stephanie also obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2021 and is a candidate for the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from HRCI.
