Aija Lasmane

Aija Lasmane began their work experience as the Head of Leasing Administration at Swedbank from June 2001 to January 2004. Aija then joined DNB as the Head of Leasing Administration from February 2004 to October 2011. During their time at DNB, they also served as the Head of Documentation Unit and Leasing Expert, where they played a key role in the integration of a leasing company into the bank and implemented a paper-less office system. Aija then became the Unit Manager of Loan Documentation Preparation and Disbursement at DNB from February 2017 to June 2018, where they were responsible for loan documentation delivery and maintaining collaboration with sales and product departments. Aija later worked at Luminor Group, where they served as a Project Manager for a Customer Data Migration project from July 2018 to January 2021 and then as a Growth Manager and Credit Card Product Owner from February 2021 to August 2022. In these roles, they led projects for profitable business growth, ensured competitive pricing of retail products, and achieved high customer satisfaction. Currently, Aija Lasmane is working as an IT Project Manager at MeaWallet, where they are responsible for leading IT projects globally related to card tokenization and digital payment enablement.

Aija Lasmane attended Banku Augstskola and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Additionally, they pursued further education at RISEBA University and earned a Master of Business Management degree. However, no specific dates are provided for these educational achievements.
