Gundega Lazdāne,CBAP,PMI-PBA

Gundega Lazdāne, CBAP, PMI-PBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Gundega is currently working at MeaWallet as the Head of Delivery and Customer Success Team Lead. Prior to joining MeaWallet, Gundega was a Project Delivery Manager at the same company, where they embraced their role as a project manager and enjoyed working with the team.

Gundega also has experience as a Business Analysis course instructor at Baltijas Datoru Akadēmija (BDA), where they enjoyed challenging herself and interacting with trainees. At Visma Labs Latvia, they worked as a Product Owner and was involved in the development of the Visma.net product.

Previously, Gundega held the position of Business Analysis Team Lead at FMS (Financial Management Solutions), which later rebranded as Visma Enterprise. Gundega was responsible for establishing and managing a team of business analysts and played a key role in work estimation, planning, and performance evaluation.

Gundega's experience also includes working as a Systems Analyst in the e-health development project at Datorzinību Centrs and as a Lead Systems Analyst at Lattelecom Technology. Gundega made significant contributions to the design and development of various systems.

In addition, Gundega has worked as a Bookkeeper at Pasaku nams SIA and as a Systems Analyst at DATI, where they were involved in the development and maintenance of Latvia's Customs information system.

Early in their career, Gundega worked as a Testing Engineer at RITI and in administration at Baltic Wine Co.

Throughout their career, Gundega Lazdāne has demonstrated a passion for project management, business analysis, and delivering successful outcomes.

Gundega Lazdāne, CBAP, PMI-PBA, obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 1996 to 2002. Prior to that, they received their high school education with a focus on the French language from Lycee Francais de Riga between 1983 and 1994. In 2019, Gundega Lazdāne attended Riga Business School for a Mini MBA program.

In addition to their educational background, Gundega Lazdāne holds several certifications. Gundega became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in March 2011. Furthermore, they obtained the PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2014. Gundega also holds the certification of CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) from Scrum Alliance since May 2016. Additionally, they achieved the certification of CompTIA CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) from CompTIA in August 2014. Lastly, Gundega Lazdāne earned the OCEB2 (Business Process Management Professional) certification from OMG in March 2014.
