Gary Neal

Gary Neal, PE, is an experienced engineering professional serving as President and Vice President for MEC Contractors-Engineers since September 2013, where responsibilities include consulting with business owners on building expansion needs and conducting due diligence for site selection. Prior roles include Bridge Engineer at VHB from March 2012 to September 2013, specializing in bridge inspections, structural design calculations, and project scoping studies. Gary's background also includes serving as a Structural Engineer at Dewberry from May 2010 to March 2012, focusing on bridge evaluations, design preparation for rehabilitations, and utility duct analysis. Gary holds a Master’s degree in Engineering with a specialization in Structures and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, both from the University of Florida.
