Cécile Joly

Cécile Joly has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Cécile is currently the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Groupe MECACHROME since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Controller at OVHcloud from April 2021 to December 2022. Cécile also served as a Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling Specialist at ATR from March 2018 to March 2021, where they were responsible for various HR tasks including compensation management, HR controlling, HRIS, and international mobility. Before that, they worked at Aéroport Toulouse-Blagnac as an HR Controlling / Compensation & Benefits Assistant from September 2015 to September 2017. Cécile'sresponsibilities included compensation management, HR controlling, and personnel administration. Earlier in their career, they worked at ATR as an HR Administration Officer from September 2014 to September 2015 and at Adecco Group as a Recruitment Consultant from August 2013 to August 2014.

Cécile JOLY completed their Master's degree in Développement des ressources humaines from IGS-RH in the years 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a TOEIC 860 certification from the TOEIC® Program in 2017.
