Oana Cipca

Oana Cipca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the exhibitions industry. Currently serving as Senior Business Development Manager for International Exhibitions at MECC Maastricht since May 2016, Oana focuses on attracting international exhibitions to the venue and enhancing its unique selling points. As the Founder of the Women in Exhibitions Network since August 2018, Oana champions the empowerment of women in the exhibitions field. Oana's previous roles include Manager of Business Development at GDO Precision Technology, Manager of External Relations at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, and Business Development Manager at Eurotech Benelux. Oana holds an Executive MBA from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Languages from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences.
