Pierre Favre is an experienced chef and pastry chef with a diverse background in the culinary industry. Currently serving as a Freelance Chefkok at MECC Maastricht since October 2022, Favre also operates as a Desem speciaal broden specialist at Broodheerlijk since March 2021, a product from Pieke’s Keuken. Since December 2012, Favre has been the Zaakvoerder of Pieke’s Keuken, which showcases extensive expertise gained from renowned establishments. Past roles include Chefkok- Leermeester at Eetcafe de Basiliek, Leermeester grookeuken at De Beyart, and various positions such as Sous Chef at L'auberge Château Neercanne, Restaurant Fort St. Pieter, and Hotel - Restaurant Château St.Gerlach. Favre holds a Master's degree in Restaurant - Brood & Banket from SVH, achieved between 1982 and 1999.
