Mark Newsome

Mark Newsome has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark currently serves as the CEO of MechanAir since May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of President and CEO at Binswanger Glass from September 2019 to November 2022. From June 2017 to August 2019, Mark was the President of ABM Industries where they provided leadership for integrated sales strategy and acted as the organization's key conduit for industry trends. Mark also held the role of Senior Vice President at ABM Industries from November 2012 to June 2017. Before joining ABM Industries, Mark served as a Senior Vice President at Ecova, where they showcased their extensive knowledge and expertise in sales and business development in the energy market. Mark also had leadership roles at Prenova and Honeywell International. At Prenova, they were the SVP Sales responsible for setting pricing models and developing sales and marketing strategies. At Honeywell, Mark was the Director of Sales for the Eastern Region, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies and tactics for various lines of business.

Mark Newsome earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from James Madison University, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Mark later pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Wake Forest University School of Business from 1995 to 1997.
