Xavier Parrish

Xavier Parrish, P.E., LEED AP, PMP, serves as Engineering Manager and Engineering Lead at MSS Solutions, LLC since May 2019, specializing in sustainable and code-compliant engineering project management. Prior to this role, Xavier held various positions, including Project Engineer and Project Manager, gaining extensive experience in determining project needs, developing proposals, and managing engineering projects across the US and Caribbean. Previously, Xavier was with JOA | Sustainable Solutions, contributing as Design Engineer II and Project Manager, focusing on custom air pollution control systems. Early career experiences include internships at Guilford County Schools and PARRISH-POINT, LLC, as well as a summer camp counselor position at YMCA. Xavier has a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
