Tom Peters

Tom Peters is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and investment management. Currently serving as Sr. Portfolio Manager at Mechanics Bank since May 2015, Tom manages a large CRE asset portfolio, evaluates investment risks, and identifies finance opportunities. Prior to this role, Tom was Vice President at Union Bank, where significant contributions included developing a leading commercial real estate platform and originating over $100 million in financings. Tom's career also includes serving as an Investment Officer at Stonehenge Capital and as an Analyst & Portfolio Manager at Franklin Templeton Investments, where exceptional performance was achieved in managing over $1 billion in assets. Tom holds an MBA from Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and is in the process of acquiring a CFP designation from UCLA.
