Vanja Paulik

Vanja Paulik is an experienced professional in the fields of engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as Engineering Lead at Mechanism Ventures since November 2019. Paulik has extensive background as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer for Assert, while also previously holding the role of QA Engineer at Toptal. Prior to these positions, Paulik demonstrated strong leadership and marketing skills as Marketing Manager at Gideon Brothers and served as Quality Assurance Lead and Software Tester at Farmeron. Paulik's early career includes significant roles at IAESTE Croatia, including President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as experience as Junior Production Manager at TV Studio7. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from DOBA Business School and other degrees in economics and computer science.
