Olusegun Owoade has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Olusegun is currently the Co-Founder/CEO of Mecho Autotech since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Kobo360 as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) from March 2019 to March 2021, where they led the development and implementation of the company's first-ever Enterprise Risk Management framework.
Before Kobo360, Olusegun was a Manager in Risk Advisory Services at EY from July 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they led teams in performing actuarial valuations, financial condition reports, and own risk and solvency assessments for insurance clients across Africa. Olusegun also facilitated training sessions and performed reviews of actuarial valuation reports.
Prior to EY, Olusegun worked as a Senior Actuarial Consultant at H R Nigeria Limited (formerly Hymans Robertson Nigeria Ltd) from September 2012 to June 2017. Here, they worked on various projects related to enterprise risk management, economic capital modeling, reinsurance strategies, and insurance product design and pricing.
Olusegun's work experience also includes a role as Life Operations Technical Support at Continental Reinsurance from January 2011 to August 2012.

In addition, they have obtained a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Actuarial Science from the University of Leicester.
