Michelle Hummel

Michelle Hummel is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Police Officer for the Mecklenburg County Alcoholic Beverage Control Board since March 2019. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions including Director of Security at both EpiCentre G4S from April 2019 to March 2021 and EpiCentre Charlotte with Allied Universal from April 2019 to April 2020. Michelle brings extensive experience from a long career with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, where a position as Police Captain was held from January 1990 until retirement in April 2019. Michelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Pfeiffer University between 1995 and 1997.
