Risher Dumpit

Risher Dumpit has had a diverse work experience within the healthcare industry. Risher started their career as a Senior Account Executive at Allegis Group in 1998 and then moved on to become the Director of International Healthcare Recruitment at Hudson Highland Group in 2002. Risher later became the Executive Director of AMR ProNurse, where they oversaw operations, sales, and strategy for the OneSource Program. In 2006, Risher joined M3 Medical Management Services as the COO/Managing Director and then transitioned to become the Executive Vice President at Mastech Holdings, Inc in 2010. At Mastech, they were responsible for overseeing the surgical, allied, travel, and international healthcare divisions. Risher then became the Vice-President of Surgical Staffing at Accountable Healthcare & Accountable Surgical Staffing, where they led all surgical staffing initiatives across the company's offices nationwide. In 2015, they joined PlanetHealthcare as the President, specializing in search, recruitment, staffing, and strategic project-based solutions for the healthcare industry. Risher then served as a Board Member at Mathers Clinic/Mathers Recovery/Mathers Community from 2017 to 2022. Most recently, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Med-Call Healthcare in 2019.
