Nupur Talwar is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in talent management, human capital management, and HR operations. Nupur has held leadership roles in various organizations, including Med-Lab Imaging, Covenant House International, Philip Morris International, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Nupur Talwar SPHR SHRM-SCP completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary. Nupur then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, which they completed from 2002 to 2004.
In terms of additional certifications, Nupur obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2011. In December 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM. Nupur also acquired the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification again, but this time from the HR Certification Institute in March 2018. Furthermore, they received a certification in Change Management for HR from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in September 2018.
