Dorothy Post is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Med-Metrix since November 2021, Dorothy has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Miller & Milone, P.C. from April 2011 to May 2021, where expertise included recruiting, training and development, salary administration, communications, employee engagement, professional development, and benefits administration. Dorothy’s career in human resources began at TIAA-CREF, where a role as Human Resources Project Manager was held from March 1984 to April 2005. Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Queens College.
