Timothy Van Dominguez

Timothy Van Dominguez has a strong background in facilities management and administration. Timothy Van started their career in 2010 as a Facilities Manager at GOLDEN ABC, where they were responsible for managing various properties and implementing facilities management services and maintenance programs. In 2019, they moved on to become a Senior Facilities Manager at Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., where they oversaw contracts, advised on efficiency measures, and conducted proactive maintenance. Timothy Van then served as the Lead Facilities Manager for LBL Prime Properties, an affiliate of D&L Industries, from 2021 to 2022, ensuring proper operation and maintenance of company properties. In 2022, they became a Property Manager for Greenmist Property Management Corp. under SMDC. Currently, they are working as the Admin and Facilities Department Head at Med-Metrix, a position they have held since 2023.

From 2002 to 2007, Timothy Van Dominguez attended Mapúa University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
