Alessia Este

Alessia Este is a Designer PMT at Medacta International since June 2023, focusing on the design of orthopedic devices tailored to patient anatomy and planning related surgeries to assist surgeons in proper prosthesis placement. Prior to this role, Alessia was a Master Thesis Student at Politecnico di Milano from May 2022 to April 2023, contributing to the E4Sport laboratory by analyzing upper limb kinematics in children with cerebral palsy using Xsens sensors. Alessia holds a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, specializing in Biomechanics and Biomaterials, from Politecnico di Milano, obtained in April 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2020.
