Jason Ayling

Jason Ayling is a seasoned sales and business development professional currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Medacta UK Limited since January 2024, and previously as Business Development Manager at Medacta International since May 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Zimmer Biomet as Recon Territory Manager and Recon Sales Executive, as well as a Biokineticist at Justin Bircher and Associates, where specialization was in exercise rehabilitation. Jason began a career in coaching as the 1st team soccer coach at Durban Girls College from 2010 to 2013, and has also held positions in general labor and retail. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Sports Science with honors in Biokinetics and Exercise Rehabilitation from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed in 2013.
