Prior to this, Shawn held roles such as Sr Quality Engineer Team Lead at NuVasive and Quality Manager at Medical Machining Specialists. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Shawn has a solid educational background to support their extensive professional experience in the industry.
