Aziz Bouhou

Aziz Bouhou has a strong background in information technology and security, with over 20 years of experience in various roles. Their most recent position was as the Associate Director of Information Technology and Security at MedAcuity, starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Information Security and Compliance at Black Duck Software from January 2017 to June 2018. Aziz also held positions at Putnam Investments as a Senior Security Engineer from December 2013 to November 2016, and at American Superconductor as a Senior Network Security Engineer from March 2010 to December 2013. Aziz Bouhou has experience in network engineering and consulting, having worked as a Network Engineer at UNICCO UGL SECURE SERVICES, INC., an Independent Network Consultant, a Network Consultant at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, and a Network Support Engineer at Nortel Networks and The CCS Companies.

Aziz Bouhou attended the School of Science and Engineering from 1986 to 1990, earning an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in English Language and Literature. In addition to their degree, Aziz has obtained various certifications from different institutions, including Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), ISACA, (ISC)², and Cisco. Their certifications range from cloud security to network management, with the most recent being the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate received in 2024.
