In 2013, they were a Junior Development Officer at PlaNet Finance, where they worked on a renewable energy related microfinance project in Israel and helped develop the first Person-to-Person online lending platform in Israel. From 2015 to 2017, they were an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Houlihan Lokey and an Associate Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Consultant at Bain & Company. Raphael Journo has an extensive educational background. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Columbia University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. From 2013 to 2014, they participated in an exchange program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they studied Accounting and Finance, International Relations, and Government. From 2005 to 2010, they attended International High School Machiavelli Capponi, where they earned a Diploma di Maturita in Liceo Scientifico.
