Delwyn Pannett

Delwyn Pannett has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Most recently, in November 2020, Pannett became the Head of Information Technology Operations at MedAdvisor. Prior to this, they held the position of IT Operations Manager at the City of Boroondara from May 2018 to June 2020. In this role, Pannett led a team of 23 and was responsible for planning and delivering ICT operations and projects. They also developed strategic visions, plans, and budgets, supporting digital transformation and business activities across 27 Council Services. Before joining the City of Boroondara, Pannett served as the IT Service Delivery Manager/Manager Production Services/Service Desk Manager at Bolton Clarke from May 2016 to November 2017, overseeing complex ICT operations and managing a budget of $5.3 million. From June 2008 to May 2016, Pannett worked at RDNS (Royal District Nursing Service) Group as the Production and Support Services Manager. Earlier in their career, Pannett held various positions such as Service Delivery Manager at TRUenergy Pty Ltd from May 2000 to March 2008, Technical Team Lead at BBC from November 1997 to November 1999, System Support Analyst at Diageo from February 1997 to November 1997, and IT Systems Administrator at The Press from March 1993 to September 1996.

Delwyn Pannett's education history includes two significant periods. From 1989 to 2002, Delwyn attended Lincoln University (NZ), where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) with a major in Computer Science. Subsequently, in 2010 and 2011, Delwyn pursued Leadership studies at the Committe for Melbourne. Furthermore, Delwyn has acquired additional certifications such as Agile Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2020 and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from DDLS in February 2020.
