Rick Ratliff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Rick is currently the Managing Director and CEO at MedAdvisor, where they are responsible for driving the growth of the global business focused on innovative data-driven digital solutions for medication adherence. Prior to this, Rick was the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at CAQH, where they developed a growth strategy for their technology-enabled healthcare solutions.

Before their role at CAQH, Rick served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Apervita, Inc. and held various positions at ConnectiveRx, including President of Network Services and President and Chief Commercial Officer. During their time at ConnectiveRx, Rick played a key role in developing an integrated sales and marketing strategy and building sales operations infrastructure.

Rick also has experience at Accenture, where they served as a Managing Director and was responsible for building a digital health practice, and at Surescripts LLC, where they held roles such as Group Executive, Customers and Markets, and CEO/Co-CEO. At Surescripts, Rick was instrumental in growing the network and successfully executing merger and integration plans.

Furthermore, Rick has held positions at Healthvision, Inc. as a Senior Vice President, where they played a pivotal role in founding and launching the company, and at VHA as the VP of Healthcare Information Technologies, where they built a national network for providing internet services to non-profit community hospitals.

Rick began their career at IBM as a Client Executive. Throughout their career, Rick has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills in driving growth and success within the organizations they have worked for.

Rick Ratliff obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma between 1982 and 1984. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from The University of Tulsa from 1984 to 1989.
