Leo Reading is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience as a Principal Security Engineer at Medallia and Thunderhead, where Leo engineered a centralized password policy manager and developed a machine learning-based defense mechanism for password sharing detection. At Thunderhead, Leo established and led the CSIRT/Incident Response Team and integrated security practices into the software development lifecycle, while also implementing advanced application security tools and bespoke cloud security solutions.
