Robert Tanguay is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in Martech SaaS products. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Medallia since July 2023, Robert previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Medallia, where responsibilities included overseeing the Medallia Experience Orchestration, a leading solution in Real Time Interaction Management and Journey Orchestration.
