Greer Rios

Greer Rios has held a variety of roles in the health care and technology industries over the past 24 years. In 2021, they began their current role as Senior Director of Partner Success at MedArrive. From 2017 to 2021, they were at Optum, first as Senior Director of Services Portfolio Management and then as Senior Director of Operational Excellence. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at MedSynergies, where they held the roles of Director of IT Solutions and Strategy, Director of IT Business Analysis and Quality Assurance, and Manager of Business Analysis. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at CoServ Electric, where they held the roles of Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Manager. From 2006 to 2008, they worked at the National Committee Quality Assurance in Healthcare (NCQA) as a Project Manager for Relocation Projects, Vendor and Facilities Management. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Covenant Homeland Security Solutions as a Project Manager for IT and Relocation Projects. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at NTL Institute as a Client Relations Center Manager and Customer Service Process Redesigner. From 2000 to 2001, they worked at Sunrise Assisted Living as an Assisted Living Manager. From 1997 to 2000, they worked at Covenant HealthCare as a Customer Service Analyst and Quality Analyst/Social Worker. From 2001 to present, they have also been self-employed as a professional speaker and stand-up comedian.

Greer Rios obtained a Bachelor degree in Social Work from George Mason University between 1991 and 1994. Greer then went on to obtain a Masters in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University between 2006 and 2007.
