Daren Peplow

Daren Peplow has been working in the aviation industry for over 20 years. Daren started their career as a ground manager at Mediterranean Aviation Co Ltd in 2009. Daren has held various positions at the company, including ground handling manager and supervisor. In May 2022, they will be taking on the role of ground handling manager at Medavia - Mediterranean Aviation.

Daren is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, including staff, finances, and customer service. Daren has a strong focus on quality and safety, and has implemented various processes and training programs to ensure that all employees are up to date on the latest standards. Daren is also responsible for maintaining all ramp vehicles and equipment.

Daren is a highly experienced and respected member of the aviation community. Daren's experience and knowledge have helped him contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance for Medavia - Mediterranean Aviation.

Daren Peplow received their diploma in computer engineering from STC Malta and then went on to study at St. Joseph Junior Lyceum.

They are on a team with Jean Paul Guillaumier - Head of Design, Omar Galea - HSS & Facilities Manager, and Alvaro Pereira - Head of Maintenance. Their manager is Mohamed Dau, Managing Director.
