Joseph has demonstrated expertise in business intelligence, data strategy, data warehouse architecture, and client service delivery. Joseph Levy attended Battle Ground Academy from 1999 to 2003. Joseph then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Indiana University Bloomington from 2003 to 2008, majoring in Informatics, Business Foundations, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Management. In 2013, Joseph obtained an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN and became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance in 2015.
