Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Early Talent at Medcan since October 2022, Lorrayne previously held senior management positions at Rogers Communications, where responsibilities included overseeing talent acquisition strategies for sports and media. Earlier career milestones include managerial roles at AIG and Oxford Properties Group, focusing on talent acquisition and early talent initiatives. Lorrayne began the career journey as a Credit Analyst at RBC, after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto Mississauga in 2012.
