Mary Schallmoser has over 25 years of experience in recruitment and healthcare support roles. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Medcor since December 2021, Mary previously held positions as a Senior Recruiter and Executive Assistant to Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Medical Group at Northwest Community Healthcare from June 2013 to December 2021. Mary's earlier experience includes roles as Education Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Radiology, as well as Patient Advocate at NorthShore University HealthSystem from November 2007 to March 2011. Additionally, Mary served in various capacities at NorthShore University HealthSystem from June 1996 to November 2004, including Manager of Ancillary Support Services and Human Resources Associate.
