Amanda Hepper has a wealth of experience in the healthcare and IT industries. Amanda began their career in 1997 as a Software Development Manager at Lockheed Martin Information Technology. In this role, they managed a team of 35+ software engineers, DBAs, analysts, and consultants, and was responsible for a $4M budget. Amanda then moved on to Informatics Corporation, LLC in 2001, where they served as IT Director. In this role, they managed technical operations and implemented a Help Desk system, Exchange 2000 upgrade, Customer Relationship Management system, Financial system upgrades, and Virtual Private Networks. In 2004, they became the Community Engagement Director at Life Center, where they developed the community outreach volunteer program and grew Life Center's community volunteerism from 195 to 1,081. In 2017, Amanda took on the role of Program Manager at Molina Healthcare, Inc. where they managed post-payment recovery vendors for 13 health plans. Most recently, Amanda has been President + Co-Founder of Medcurity since 2018, a cloud-based HIPAA tools and resources platform. Amanda has also been the Business Owner of Medibeat, LLC since 2018, providing consulting services for MACRA/MIPS, HIPAA compliance, implementations, IT strategy, value-based contracting, go-to-market for health IT vendors, analytics tools, and more.
Amanda Hepper attended Washington State University Tri-Cities for Business from 1992 until completion. Amanda then attended Columbia Basin College and earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business Administration and Management, General.
