Tristika Small, MBA, has extensive experience in project management, finance, and healthcare advocacy. Currently serving as Project Manager and Patient Advocate at Elevate Patient Financial Solutions since March 2015, Tristika previously owned Xpress Auto Sales INC. from November 2018 to December 2022 and was VP of Finance at Central Bargain Lot from December 2010 to March 2018. Earlier roles included Service Manager and Sales Specialist at Wells Fargo, where Tristika achieved promotion and recognition as a Peer Coaching Mentor. Tristika also owned Crucial Couture and served as Event Planner & Promoter for On Time Entertainment Agency. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University.
