Shawn Nevers

Shawn Nevers has a diverse work experience in the field of Operations Research. Shawn began their career as an Operational Excellence Co-op at Penske Truck Leasing in 2019, where they contributed to various projects including updating maintenance supervisor training, developing a new change request process, creating tools using VBA, conducting customer preference analysis, and automating device location process.

In 2020, Shawn joined Teledyne Brown Engineering as an Operations Research Analyst. Shawn played a crucial role in creating a custom simulation library for medical treatment facilities and automated regression tests using R, R Shiny, and SQL.

Shawn's most recent position is with the Department of Defense, where they held the title of Operations Research Analyst from 2021 to 2022. Shawn is currently working at Medecipher, Inc. as an Operations Research Analyst, starting in 2022.

Shawn Nevers attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.
