Nicola Smith

Nicola Smith is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and clinical governance. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Improvement and Clinical Governance Lead at Medefer since April 2019, Nicola has demonstrated expertise in enhancing healthcare quality. Previously, from February 2010 to April 2019, Nicola held the position of MDT Lead at The London Clinic, where responsibilities included the implementation and management of oncology multi-disciplinary team meetings. During this tenure, Nicola significantly increased the annual number of meetings from 60 to over 160, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills.
