Jim Barsness

Jim Barsness has over 10 years of professional experience in the finance industry. Jim began their career in 2009 as a Senior Associate at KPMG. In 2011, they joined Houlihan Lokey as an Associate. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President at Congruent Investment Partners. In 2020, they became the Managing Partner at FortySix Venture Capital LLC. Most recently, they were appointed as the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Revenue Officer of Medefy Health in 2019.

Jim Barsness obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2008. In 2011, they obtained a Limited Representative - Investment Banker (Series 79 & 63) certification from FINRA and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
