Jessica Ashar

Jessica Ashar has extensive work experience in revenue operations and strategy roles. Jessica is currently the VP of Revenue Operations at Medely since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the VP, Americas Revenue Operations at New Relic, Inc. from 2021 to 2022. Jessica also served as the Head of Revenue Operations and Strategy at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from September 2018 to February 2021.

Before joining AWS, they held various leadership positions at VMware, including Global Director of Sales and Business Operations and Director of Sales Strategy and Operations for North America Commercial Sales. Jessica's career started at Cisco Systems, where they worked in finance and operations roles, including Senior Finance Controller, Senior Operations Manager, and Senior Controller.

Jessica began their professional career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Overall, Jessica has a strong background in revenue operations, strategy, finance, and consulting across multiple industries.

Jessica Ashar has a Master of Management (MBA) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they majored in management and strategy, marketing, and finance. Jessica also participated in the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, focusing on Aligning Strategy and Sales. Prior to their MBA, Jessica achieved a BA/MA with 1st Class Honors in Mathematics from the University of Oxford. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from various institutions in areas such as revenue architecture, enterprise GTM, and CRO.
