Michelle Masters

Michelle Masters has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Michelle began their career at Dillards in 1997 as an Area Sales Manager, where they were responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling sales associates. Michelle also analyzed sales plans and maintained inventory control. In 2005, they joined Belk as an Area Sales Manager, where they continued to oversee sales operations and trained and supervised sales associates. Michelle later joined Amedisys as a Business Office Manager, handling daily billing, payroll, and office scheduling, as well as maintaining process control for Medicare and private insurance data.

After that, they worked at St. Vincent Health System as a Patient Access Coordinator, where they assigned and distributed work assignments and ensured accurate insurance verifications. Michelle also served as a Patient Access Manager, responsible for the overall operation of the department.

Michelle then joined Conifer Health Solutions as the Director of Patient Access, overseeing the department's operations and acting as a liaison between administration, physicians, staff, and the business office. Following that, they worked at Recondo Technology as a Revenue Cycle Consultant, providing consulting services for revenue cycle management.

In 2016, they joined RSource - Healthcare Receivables Management as a Vice President of Implementations, where they were responsible for implementing solutions in healthcare receivables management. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President Workflow Automation at MedEvolve, Inc., where they are responsible for implementing workflow automation solutions.

Michelle Masters completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Management and Accounting at Harding University from 1997 to 2002.
