Ata Miyar

Ata Miyar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2011, Miyar worked as a Clinical Research Assistant in the Pharmacology Department of Tehran University of Medical Sciences. This was followed by a role as a Medical Intern at Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2014. Miyar then worked as an Associate Consultant, Project Consultant, and Senior Consultant at Lebon from 2008 to 2017. In 2016, Miyar served as a General Practitioner at the Kelardasht Health Centre. Miyar then worked as a Research Assistant at the Regional Geriatric Program of Toronto from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, Miyar served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Vascular Surgery Department of Sina Hospital. In 2021, Miyar worked as a Consultant at Medexus Inc. and as a Clinical Project Lead at Sunnybrook. Miyar's most recent roles include Business Development Manager and currently as the Head of Business Development - North America at Medexus Pharmaceuticals.

Ata Miyar's education history starts with their completion of a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, where they studied from 2008 to 2016. Following this, Ata pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree at Western University, specializing in Public Health, which they obtained between 2017 and 2018. They later attended Western University again in 2020, this time completing a program called "Master the Entrepreneur Skillset" in the field of Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition to their academic degrees, Ata has obtained several additional certifications. Some of these certifications include a Data Science certification obtained from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in April 2020, a Verified International Academic Qualifications certification obtained from World Education Services (WES) in May 2019, and a TCPS 2 (Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans) certification obtained from the Panel on Research Ethics in December 2017. Ata also holds several licenses, including a License of 'How to Write Articles' and a License of 'Searching Online References' from Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) obtained in January 2017 and December 2016, respectively. They also have a License of 'How to Publish Articles' from TUMS obtained in November 2016. Lastly, Ata holds a Certificate of Attendance from the USERN organization obtained in November 2016.
