Maninder Rattu

Maninder Rattu, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various HR leadership roles. Most recently, they serve as the Director of Human Resources for US Operations at Medexus Pharmaceuticals. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and executing strategies in alignment with corporate objectives and legal requirements. Prior to this, they worked at Lumos Diagnostics as the Human Resources Director, where they streamlined HR systems and processes and contributed to talent initiatives. Before that, Maninder was the Global HR Director & Business Partner at Phibro Animal Health, where they managed global HR processes and systems integration. Maninder also gained experience as a Regional HR Manager at Macy's and as a Human Resources Director at PetCareRx. Throughout their career, Maninder has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements, and implemented effective HR practices to maximize organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Maninder Rattu, MBA, has a strong education background in business and human resources management. Maninder completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Montclair State University in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from St. John's University, The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
