Wendy Lynch has a broad range of work experience in the medical and emergency services field. Wendy is currently the Vice President of MedComm Dispatching Services at MedFlight. Prior to that, they worked as the Division President - Medical Services at Revcord from 2019 to 2021. Wendy also has experience at Hennepin EMS where they held various roles including Chief, EMS Chief Communications, Technology & WMRCC, EMS Supervisor, and Emergency Medical Dispatcher. Wendy worked at Hennepin EMS from 2000 to 2019. Additionally, they have worked as a Communications Specialist at Life Link III, a Certified Surgical Technologist at Mercy Hospital and Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, and an EMT-Dispatcher at HealthEast.

Wendy Lynch has a diverse education history. Wendy started their academic journey in 1989 at Century College, where they obtained a Certification in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in 1990. In 1992, they pursued their interest in the medical field further by attending Anoka Technical College, where they received a Certification in Surgical Technologist in 1993. Wendy's educational path then took a different direction when they enrolled at Metro State University in an unspecified year. Wendy completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Individualized Studies Degree in 2015, focusing on Organizational Leadership & Communications in Disaster Response. Continuing their pursuit of educational growth, Wendy went on to earn a Master's Degree in Public & Nonprofit Administration from Metro State University in 2017.
