Gretchen Fudge, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gretchen is currently serving as the Director of Meetings & Events at MedForce since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Tampa General Hospital for five years, where they held the positions of Manager of Special Events and Senior CME Coordinator. In these roles, they excelled in setting and maintaining program timelines, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating agreements for cost-effective and high-quality services. Before their tenure at Tampa General Hospital, Gretchen worked as the Special Events and Public Relations Manager at The Aletta Foundation. Gretchen also served as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Chung Hua University. Additionally, they had a successful freelance writing career as a Features Writer. Earlier in their career, Gretchen worked as an IEEE Conference Manager at Conference Management Services and as an Event Coordination Manager at Texas A&M University. With their extensive experience in event management, vendor relations, and program coordination, Gretchen brings a wealth of expertise to their current role as Director of Meetings & Events.

Gretchen Fudge, MBA, began their education journey in 2002 at Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Communication/Journalism. Gretchen dedicated four years to their studies and successfully completed their degree in 2006.

After gaining a strong foundation in agricultural communication/journalism, Gretchen decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of business. In 2011, they enrolled at the prestigious National Chiao Tung University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in International Business. Gretchen diligently studied for three years, participating in an enriching learning experience that equipped their with a comprehensive understanding of the global business landscape.

Throughout their education, Gretchen Fudge showcased their commitment to academic excellence and readiness to grow in different fields. Their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Communication/Journalism from Texas A&M University and their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from National Chiao Tung University reflect their dedication to expanding their knowledge and expertise in both communication and business domains.
