Dr. Malini Venkata

Dr. Malini Venkata is a seasoned professional in the field of pathology with extensive experience in both clinical and industry settings. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at MEDGENOME since March 2022, Dr. Venkata previously held the position of Associate Director of Translational Sciences at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where responsibilities included leading a team in translational pathology and overseeing exploratory clinical studies. Prior experience also includes roles as Senior Principal Investigator at Syngene International Limited and Consultant Pathologist at Triesta Reference Lab, where significant contributions involved establishing immunohistochemistry teams and achieving NABL accreditation. Dr. Venkata began a career in histopathology as a Registrar at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai. Dr. Venkata earned an MD in Pathology from the University of Madras and an MBBS from Rajah Muthaiah Medical College.
