Paul Furia has worked in the entertainment industry for over 25 years. Paul began their career in 1995 at the William Morris Agency as Vice President of Entertainment Marketing, where they were responsible for signing and servicing brands and specialized in branded integration deals in television and film. Paul also served as the Director of Creative Development for Television, working with production companies in scripted and unscripted television. In 2010, Furia transitioned to Universal McCann as Senior Vice President of Experience Architect, where they used their understanding of the entertainment industry to create and execute custom media programs. In 2013, they moved to LiquidThread as Senior Vice President and Group Director, leading the custom content business for Walmart. In 2015, Furia joined Maker Studios Inc. as Senior Vice President and Head of Maker LABS. In 2016, they moved to Studio71, LP as Executive Vice President of Creative Solutions and Head of Integrated Marketing. In 2019, they joined Mother as Head of Entertainment Content and Partnerships. Most recently, in 2021, Furia joined Media by Mother as Head of Content and Creative Packaging, where they develop and packages ideas with the right creative auspices and platforms to engage and attract audiences.
Paul Furia received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Television, Radio & Film Production from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and a second BS in Television, Radio & Film Production from Syracuse University.
