Claire E. has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Their most recent position is as the Global Vice President of DE&I at Media.Monks, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Global Director of DEI & Culture at the same company from November 2021 to November 2022, and as the Associate Director of DEI & Culture from March 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Media.Monks, Claire worked as the Talent & Culture Manager at Firewood from October 2020 to March 2021. Claire also served as the Employee Engagement Program Manager at Vlocity from April 2019 to October 2020.

In addition to their corporate roles, Claire has experience in the education sector. Claire was the Senior Program Manager at Super Stars Literacy from November 2017 to April 2019. Claire also worked as the Education Coordinator at The New York Public Library from August 2014 to October 2016 and as the Elementary School Science, Social Studies & Literacy Specialist at Achievement First from July 2012 to July 2014.

Claire has a passion for promoting education and equality. Claire started their career as a Teacher with Teach For America from June 2012 to June 2014, where they taught sixth grade math. Prior to that, they interned as a Policy Intern at Women In Government from June 2011 to September 2011.

Before entering the education field, Claire gained experience in human resources as a Human Resources & Onboarding Intern at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox from September 2010 to December 2010. Here, they interviewed potential hires, managed candidate data, and coordinated interviews.

Throughout their career, Claire has demonstrated expertise in DEI, talent management, program management, and education.

Claire E. attended American University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and Society. Claire then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Special Education and Teaching at Hunter College from 2012 to 2014.
