LaTonya Jackson, Ed.D., ELI-MP

LaTonya Jackson, Ed.D., ELI-MP has held a variety of positions in the Human Resources and Learning and Development fields since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as a Marketing Specialist/Associate Marketing Specialist at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. From 2001 to 2007, Jackson held various positions at the University of Arkansas, including Program Coordinator, Financial Aid Officer, and Graduate Assistant. In 2007, Jackson became an Intern at Tyson Foods, Inc. From 2008 to 2011, Jackson worked at Wal-Mart in roles such as Instructional Designer II/Senior Developer and Learning Solutions Developer. From 2011 to 2014, Jackson was a Senior Manager II, Talent Development and Manager, Talent Development at Sam's Club. From 2014 to 2019, Jackson was a Human Resources Director at Walmart. In 2019, Jackson became a Learning and Development Manager at Walton Enterprises. Finally, in 2021, Jackson became the Co-Founder of Eyedentified Consulting Services, LLC and the Vice President of Services & Operations at Media Partners Corporation.

LaTonya Jackson, Ed.D., ELI-MP has an extensive educational background. LaTonya earned their Doctor of Education from the University of Arkansas in 2012, specializing in Workforce Development Education. LaTonya also earned their M.Ed. from the University of Arkansas in 2003, with a focus on Higher Education Leadership. Prior to that, they earned their BSBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2000, with a major in Marketing and Finance.
