Charles Chappelle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Charles began their career as a Computer Technician at CompUSA in 1995. Charles then worked as a PC Support Technician at Black & Veatch in 1997. After that, they joined Electronic Data Systems as an Associate Network Administrator and later as a Systems Engineer/Data Tech. Charles then moved to Kansys, Inc. as a Network Engineer, where they handled LAN/WAN technologies for Gateway Computer clients. Chappelle then worked at Sprint in various roles, including Systems Administrator, Software Engineer, Operations Integration, and Project Manager/Issue Manager. Following that, they worked at Robert Half Technology as a Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Phone Support Technician. Their most recent work experience is at Mediacom Communications, where they have held several positions such as NOC Tier 4 Analyst, Service Assurance Manager, Sr. Manager of IP Operations, Sr. Manager of Network Operations, and their current role as Director of Central Video Operations. Overall, Chappelle has gained extensive experience in network operations, systems administration, and technical support throughout their career.
Charles Chappelle obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Grand View University in the years 2010-2014. Prior to that, they attended the University of Phoenix in 2005-2006 for Business Management. In 2003, they briefly attended Johnson County Community College. Charles also holds additional certifications including ITIL Intermediate v3, ITIL Foundation v3, and A+ from CompTIA.
